Returns and Guarantee Policy

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for regularly priced products sold to retail customers. New, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in order to receive a refund less shipping.

To start a return, please email contact@scissormall.com and let us know that you would like to return. We will issue you a return authorization number along with instructions.

Once we receive the return, we will issue the credit to your card or account.

All sales are final for clearance products.
